update: i found the infestation without the location tracker and cleared it out, and the location marker seems to be working again now, but it never fixed itself during that section of the quest

what does your journal entry look like for rooftop rumble?
all objectives should be completed.
if not go check with quest mark fixer and clear the objectives on rooftop rumble again... see if that works.
