This may have been due to a brief server outage; if that's the case, you should now be able to access the server list without issue. If that's not the case, it could be due to an issue with some hidden LoE files on your computer - and if so, these steps should resolve the problem:
I tried to recreate this issue, but was unable to; this, coupled with the lack of other reports, would suggest that the issue has been resolved. If this is still happening to you, please submit it again as a new ticket.
This was likely a brief server outage or similar issue, as this problem has not been reported since. If this issue is still happening to you, please create another ticket for it.
Please provide a screenshot of your quest journal, with the quest 'Beat Around the Bad Guys' selected, so we can see what data is active there, and hopefully diagnose the issue.

You should be able to right-click the extra felt and then choose to delete it.
The NPC 'Old Quest Marker Fix' in Cantermore (just to the side of the train station entrance) can fix some issues like this. Please try speaking to him, and see if he is able to resolve this issue; if not, please respond to this ticket again to let us know.

Currently, during our Autumn season, you are able to get a bat-pony costume by starting the seasonal costume quest with Ensemble in the Crystal Kingdom. We don't have any plans to add more official playable races to LoE at the moment - we've got more than enough work still to do with the three races we *do* have - but we're still a long way from completing the game, and anything's possible between now and then.

This was due to a formatting issue with apostrophes and speech marks being converted from the script to the game. This has been edited, and should be resolved with the next server restart.
Pyrite is involved in a whole heap of quests, both in the foal stage and the adult stage. Please, for the love of all we hold dear, provide screenshots as the default form for submitting these tickets requests, so we can see which quests are active, which are completed, and the data within the quest journal for each of the quests involved with the character; without this information, it is almost impossible for us to actually diagnose where the problem is. Notably, Pyrite is involved in 'Mindless Violins' and 'It Belongs in a Museum', so these are the quests that are most important for us to get your screenshots of.
Nurse Coldhoof is involved in the quest 'Supplying the Hospital'. Please provide a screenshot of your quest journal, specifically with 'Supplying the Hospital' selected, so we can see the information there, and hopefully diagnose the issue.
Dancer is involved in multiple quests - 'Dandelion Tamer', 'Chlorophiliac', and 'Foal Life Consequences'. Please provide screenshots of your quest journal, and if any of these quests are in there, please take additional screenshots with those quests selected, so we can see all the quest information there, and hopefully resolve the issue.
Sugar and Spice are part of the quest 'Fission Mailed'. Please provide a screenshot of your quest journal, specifically with 'Fission Mailed' selected, so we can see the information there, and hopefully diagnose the issue.
Pumpkin Pie is involved in multiple quests - that I can recall, he's part of 'Unbridled Fury', 'Going to the Dogs', and 'Straight and Narrow'. Do you happen to know which quest caused the issue? We'll need to know that to identify where the problem lays. Please also provide a screenshot of your quest journal, so we can see which quests are active/completed, and better diagnose the problem.
Arcane Gleam should be standing just inside the Evershade Forest. If she isn't, please post screenshots of your quest journal, so we can see which quests are active/completed, and can better diagnose the issue.
The cat pet is one possible reward from the quest 'It Belongs in a Museum'; it is not a guaranteed reward, but is dependant upon choices in the quest. As for being unable to start 'It Belongs in a Museum', this quest can be started by discussing the statue with Pyrite, and he will suggest speaking to Fire Opal. If this isn't happening, please provide screenshots of your quest journal, so we can see what quests are active/completed, and better diagnose the issue.
This is a known issue with some LoE settings files. It can be resolved by following these steps:
Please provide screenshots of your quest journal so we can see what quests are active/completed, and can better diagnose the issue. Also double-check that the characters are not standing outside of the graduation building in Cantermore; you can reach it from the train station by taking the second left. It looks like this:
Once we're able to work out & develop a good replacement, there will be something there. For the meantime, the blank wall is intentional.

First, try creating a new character, and see if the issue happens with them too.

This quest objective should complete upon entering the Evershade Woods, approaching the group of foals, and speaking to them, after which a new quest objective should be assigned. If this isn't happening, please provide a screenshot of your character in the Evershade with the group, the quest in your journal (book icon on the left, then the blue bookmark on the book interface, and then the quest 'An Equestrian Werepony in the Evershade'), and any other screenshots you feel help to illustrate the issue.
Poseys and Prickleys, the ability Thyme gives you, should be added to your spell list after speaking to him as part of the quest 'The Magic of Ordinary Neighs'. By default, it should be added to your action bar, in the next free space after the abilities you already possess. It should look like a rainbow over a field of red flowers.
As explained on our FAQ (https://www.legendsofequestria.com/faq), LoE requires Windows Vista or later. It's almost certainly not running on your computer because you're on XP.
This is most likely due to some outdated LoE files in a hidden folder on your computer. Try this:
There are a few different volume sliders in the game menu. Make sure all of them are turned all the way up, then return to SCC and see if that makes a difference.
The giant exclamation mark is a known bug, meaning that you have a quest objective outside of the boutique. The actual quest has probably updated correctly, meaning that when you return to Coldhoof, she will act as if you have received the cloth, so the quest should still be complete-able.
'The Magic of Ordinary Neighs' is a Talent Mark quest, meant to be chosen from your pony race's pool (as a unicorn that currently means magic, partying, or medicine). You appear to have already completed the quest 'The First Day of Our Pony Lives', meaning that your character has progressed to the adult stage; in addition, you've completed the quest 'Nothing a Billion Bandages Can't Fix', meaning you have already chosen a Talent Mark. As such, you cannot complete 'The Magic of Ordinary Neighs'. As the quest is no longer an option, your character cannot enter the relevant Evershade phase to be able to complete the objectives, thus no Arcane Gleam.
Was your inventory full at the time you should have received the turtle egg? If so, this may have caused the script to break. We're currently looking into how to tackle issues like this.
The pink boxes are an issue with older files on your computer. This can be due to outdated graphics drivers, in which case you'll need to update those according to your GPU manufacturer's system; however, it can also be caused by LoE files. Try this:
