No plans to fix this at this time. Consider it an unintended feature.
It happens every time I log in on either server and I don't know what to do, and at the bottom of the server names it says something like the 'ping' is N/A
Did this happen at a particular time? And, is it continuing to happen now? On our end, both servers are working and we have multiple players logged in.

The same issue/Bug is back, The issue is not resolved as it has came back,(A few of my friends have also messaged me/came back to me that they are having the connection errors too) I keep trying to log in and it keeps kicking me out straight away almost when I am not even close to finishing off creating a new pony, I have tried different devices, servers and downloads and nothing changes, it still gives me the failed to connect to room error. It has/is nothing to do with my download version, internet or device...

No, it still happens frequently for me in european servers. On american servers though it never happens oddly enough.

Description should be corrected now to 3 hours.
Has the problem corrected itself? That can sometimes happen if the server is in the middle of restarting when you log in. It could also be a lag issue with your internet connection to the server.
Using the /stuck command will also get you out of stuck positions.
This issue has been fixed as of 1/23/2021.

Hey, just wanted to bump this ... there's authentication on this site, over HTTP, and passwords can easily get stolen. Your users are probably using the same passwords for phabricator.legendsofequestria.com and forum.legendsofequestria.com ... as well as everything else. Would be nice to take action before the next cyberattack ;-)

Here is a video showcasing the hotbar cooldown bug. I noticed today, while recording this video, that it affects ALL skills. For example, when I start fighting the timberwolf at the end and use combat skills, note how it only shows about half a second of cooldown. Note how Regenerative Aurua only shows about a four second cooldown after respawning as well. Maybe the cooldown issue isn't specifically with Poseys and Prickleys, but with all skills and spells? Actually, my gut tells me it is something with the hotbar, but I have no way to verify that.
I noticed a larger bug last night. I was working on leveling up my magic skill by tanking two or three timberwolves in The Heartlands. All was well until a level 30 dragon popped through the terrain and nuked me. I respawned and returned to continue grinding and noticed that when I used Regenerative Aura my hotbar only showed a four-second cooldown! Using Poseys and Prickleys shows something like a 1.6 second cooldown. So fainting and respawning breaks SOMETHING with the hotbar. I will try to get a video of this today.

bug fixed. turns out the ponies themselves were corrupted. i had to do the bug fix and then create new ponies, after that the inventory worked like it was meant to.

The fix i have gotten ingame does not work, as the files do not restore themselves.

It's not really a bug. That used to be the original path to the castle until it was replaced with a new path back in 2018, but since some older players still tried taking that path, I re-added the old one as secondary path, making both paths possible now.

I just recorded the video. I can reproduce this every time, so either this is a secret developer teleport (come on, we had cool GM commands in the WoW alpha and beta to get around!) or genuinely a bug. If I stumbled into a developer hidey-hole, sorry!

I know where is problem now. In transfusion, when I delete this from hotbar, respawn time/cooldown back to normal 1 sec. But when I change room, 4 sec cooldown back, so I add transfusion to hotbar again, and normal 1 sec cooldown back. (Sorry I didn't know that is named cooldown xP) And I have all transfusion skill on level 10.

Help! Now I have 4 sec respawn time all time, on every skill and after use any skill, it's terrible! Combat doesn't have any sence with that, and because it's unicorn I can't fast teleport too :(
