What is happening:
Collisions for any given object sometimes won't load. If the player leaves and comes back the collision will return. Other players can see when a collision isn't working for someone.

What should be happening:
They should always load no matter what.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Too unpredictable to reproduce.
