What is happening:
When quest rewards are given out, aside from a minor 'paper flip' audio cue, there's often nothing onscreen that indicates what reward was given. As an example, when completing the quest Getting Down to Brass Tax, Spud's reward of potatoes might have gone completely amiss. Added bits would almost be completely invisible. If the audio were turned down, there would be no way to know the quest was completed until one dug around in the journal.

What should be happening:
Some better notification on what the consequences of finishing a quest would be delightful from a user interface and responsiveness point of view.
