What is happening:
I finished the quest, "Oh what a brave new world!" and did not receive quest, "Looking for a good time."

What should be happening:
I should be going to Cloudopolis to talk to Windhover about a party invitation.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
I've just been following the main story line with my daughter. She received the
quest, I did not.
