What is happening:
Was going through the new quests and got to the part where Hullabaloo runs out of time and decides to rent the gala hall. Once it completed I got the error in the screenshot, and I believe it teleported me to the courtyard in the Cantermore school as well. Cirrus who you begin the quest with had a mark over his head the whole quest, and still has one after completion, although I can't talk to him.
