What is happening:
I am unable to progress further into the quest after talking to one of the NPCs.

What should be happening:
It should move me on to the next step of the quest.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Launched the game then joined the server, after which I started the Full Yellow Jacket quest line and progressed up until the point where I have to use 'Blowback' on a cloud. After doing that and talking to the NPC, I keep getting the prompt to talk to them but it does not progress to the next step of the quest.
