What is happening:
The two, white Heartlands guards who patrol from the town to, I believe the Cantermore portal, produce battle music when they are nearby

What should be happening:
Guards should not trigger battle music

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Do /stuck in Heartlands to get to town fast
If the guards are there they will move towards you to greet you
When they get close, battle music ensues
When they walk away, the battle music stops
