The Battles in the Foal Werepony Arc are Skippable

What is happening:
When you encounter the hornets and the timberwolves, the creatures won't move until you do, meaning that while they stand frozen, you can talk to one of the foals. If you do so the dialogue will act like the battle was won and they'll disappear.

What should be happening:
I think that the enemies should stay still for a few seconds, but then charge and fight. Maybe talking to the other foals wouldn't result in anything, like the Cantermore NPC Tight Lips (they'll be too busy focusing to talk...I mean that might be OOC for some of them *cough*Ciruss*cough* but this is kinda a big bug.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Launch the game. Create a new character.
  2. Go through th quest until you reach the bees. Just talk to the foals instead of fighting, and the battle will skip completely.
  3. Again, simply speaking with the foals before the battle ends will skip the battle.
