What is happening:
I accidentally deleted the quest item Buttercup's junk in the Only Shooting Stars Break the Mold quest.

What should be happening:
I should be giving the item to Small Change.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
I clicked on the quest item in my inventory once I received it from Buttercup and accidentally deleted it.
