What is happening:

-I'm currently taking the flying talent-mark quest, and i'm at the part where I have to use cyclone on a cloud. At first, I had forgotten how to use Cyclone and had accidentally used another attack instead. So I logged off and back on after watching a youtube video, and got cyclone. But now, the cyclone cloud isn't spawning! No matter how many times I close the game or talk to Sunfire. It just won't appear.

What should be happening:

-Cloud should appear, I use cyclone, and then boom! The quest step should be done.
