What is happening:
I talked to Red Cross and started the “the choices we make quest” I was told to go to Halite and get the package but there’s only 3 options and none of them continue to the package part (the are not interactive, they just end and nothing happens) it’s 1) illustrious alchemist team? 2) you’re taking about science? 3) nevermind, bye.

What should be happening
I should be able to talk to Halite about the package and get it so I can deliver it to Red Cross

Steps to reproduce the issue:
log in, talk to Red Cross, start her quest, talk to halite
