Crafted Steel Front Legs armor piece has zero bonus to attack.

What should be happening:
Steel Front Legs armor piece should have bonus to attack (verified by question about this on LoE Discord)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Craft the Steel Front Legs armor (tested near Ponydale mines) and see the statistics and/or equip them and see the stats change.
