What is happening:
I started the second part of the quest where you should use cyclone on the cloud, it vanished.

What should be happening:
The cloud should be here so I can move on my quest

Steps to reproduce the issue:
When I went to use the skill the game went to a loading screen and when it came back the cloud disappeared and it hasn't returned. Even tried going to a different map, logging off, nothing helped
