I got a quest called "The magic of Ordinary Neighs" long time ago,then I can't play computer for numbers of month,but now i cant't found that NPC in the Evershade Forest.

Arcane Gleam should be standing just inside the Evershade Forest. If she isn't, please post screenshots of your quest journal, so we can see which quests are active/completed, and can better diagnose the issue.
