Mob Placement need to be re-balanced and thought out

Description

What is happening:
Bramble Forest and couple other areas with massive numbers of mobs causes a lot of problems, like lag, especially in Health and Energy lag. When they gang up it hard to do actions properly, including healing yourself or others. Also it creates problems of getting absolutely destroyed without a chance to fight back (besides stored strike bug)

What should be happening:
Should probably be rebalanced to have way less mobs but have their stats altered to make sense for the area involved instead of resorting to gang ups to create difficulty. Gang ups shouldn't happen to ensure the game runs smoothly as the game can't handle it.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Go to any place in evershade and especially bramble woods with areas filled with mobs and try to survive as long as you can in it, the more you do, the more laggy it gets. Notice how hard it is to survive even against mobs way lower level when level 50 with full set of best armors.
