/keydown and /keyup use non-existant arguments

What is happening:
I noticed something odd about the commands when poking through the code.
Both require exactly 1 argument, but attempt to use a second ( arg[1] )
This results in a command that is impossible to use.

What should be happening:
The key used as an argument should be pressed/released

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1 - Be a mod (Normal players can't normally use this)
2 - Use /keydown forward - Nothing will happen

Extra Info
Both attempt to use cmd.Args[1], which is really the second argument
Changing that to Args[0] should fix the issue
