What is happening:
At minimal transparency, the chat box will disappear after posting what to say

What should be happening:
Should probably still have the chat highlighted as long as the cursor is over it

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Set your setting in transparency to minimal as can be, type something in chat and post it, wait a second, chat vanishes (to be fair it does go in transparency besides minimal, but you can still see chat)
