What is happening:
A odd pink cut can be seen in the Ponydale Library on the underground ceiling

What should be happening:
Should have the same look as the rest of the ceiling.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Go to Ponydale library, go down the path to basement, go near the door to it's side and look directly up facing away from the door. (use pic to get a better idea where) It is easier to see in first pony view.
